My third Arthur book. Also available in paperback and hardcover.
This title presents a historical Arthur candidate who originated from the Banna Roman fort on Hadrian's Wall. As such, it differs only slightly from the theory that places him farther to the west on the Wall at Petrianis.
Both ideas differ from my more radical treatment of L. Artorius Castus as the prototypical Arthur.
There is really no way to reduce or eliminate the tension that exists between the Roman and sub-Roman Arthurs, in my opinion. At least not if we're willing to allow Castus to have participated in the Severan invasion of Northern Britain.
For this reason I'm keeping all three books in print indefinitely.
